By downloading, installing, or playing Pocket Arcade ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
Pocket Arcade grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You agree NOT to:
Coins, achievement rewards, daily-login bonuses, and streak rewards earned in Pocket Arcade have NO real-world monetary value, are NOT transferable between devices or accounts, and CANNOT be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration. They exist purely as a gameplay progression mechanic. We reserve the right to adjust the economy at any time as part of normal game balancing.
Pocket Arcade is free and ad-supported. Banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video ads are delivered by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob and its mediation partners). You may optionally watch a rewarded ad to receive in-game coins or to revive after a game-over. Watching ads is always optional. The reward shown before the ad starts is what you receive after the ad finishes.
On iOS the App may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking permission to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). This is fully optional. If you decline, the App continues to work normally — you'll still see ads, just less relevant ones. You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We collect a limited set of analytics + crash diagnostics to keep the App stable. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. By using Pocket Arcade you also accept that policy.
We may release updates to fix bugs, add games, or rebalance the economy. Some updates may require the latest version of the App to keep playing. We may also temporarily suspend the App for maintenance, or permanently discontinue it (we hope not!). We are not liable for any in-game progression that becomes inaccessible due to such discontinuation.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Arcade and its developers shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, abuse the share feature, or attempt to exploit the App's systems. Upon termination your in-game progression on the affected device may be lost.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after the date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
